The challenge
What needed solving
Public organizations needed one Human Resource Management system. It had to meet the needs of stakeholders in several countries, pass acceptance testing, and then be adopted by civil servants in more than a hundred authorities who had never used it.
What I did
My approach
- Requirements: Worked with stakeholders across Romania and North Macedonia to document business requirements as use cases and UML diagrams.
- Delivery: Worked with developers and cross-functional teams through the full SDLC to keep requirements clear and quality standards met.
- Testing: Led operational acceptance testing (OAT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Operations: Wrote data security procedures and standard operating procedures.
- Rollout: Guided implementation across 125 public authorities, with on-site and on-call support.
