The challenge
What needed solving
Datto, a remote monitoring and data protection platform, and ConnectWise were used side by side. Connecting them could remove manual work — if business needs and the technical solution were defined clearly enough for developers to build the right thing the first time.
What I did
My approach
- Solution design: Designed the integration of Datto with ConnectWise.
- Requirements: Delivered business and functional requirements in Confluence, documenting the solution design.
- Alignment: Wrote user stories in Jira, improving communication between stakeholders and developers and reducing rework.
